By applying for a provider account, you represent and warrant that you hold a valid professional license or credential in your respective field.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website or services.
3. Account Registration and Applications
When you apply for a provider account or register on our website, you agree to:
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion.
4. Products and Services
Practice Naturals offers practitioner-formulated nutritional supplements, metabolic reset protocols, training materials, and related business support services.
Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our website is complete, current, or error-free. If a product you receive does not match its description, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any orders placed at an incorrect price.
Availability: Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
5. Orders and Payment

We will make reasonable efforts to ship orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns and Refunds
Please contact us at support@practicenaturals.com or (888) 428-0733 to initiate a return. Return eligibility, restocking fees, and refund timelines will be communicated at the time of your request. Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition unless otherwise agreed upon.
8. Communications and Text Messaging
By providing your contact information and opting in through our forms, you consent to receive communications from Practice Naturals via email, phone, and/or SMS/text message.
Text Messaging: If you opt in to receive text messages, you consent to receive messages related to your account, orders, appointment reminders, and promotional offers. Message frequency varies; up to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Our products are nutritional supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results may vary. Providers are responsible for their own clinical decision-making.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRACTICE NATURALS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
